Daemonuse - Serpentine Spirit Crusher

Daemonuse, Serpentine Spirit Crusher; Shadow-stalker; Hell-dweller; Nosdrah's Loyal Lt. (& Herald)

This is a design and a kaiju I came up with sometime in '08 for the original Arena for created kaiju (run by/made by The Great MM); the idea that appealed to me was a serpent scurrying/crawling along the ground with his scythe blades ("hands"), pulling itself forward. So I created Daemonuse. Never got the chance to use him, then about a month/month and a half ago, maybe two months ago, I decided to resurrect the design and monster to/and make him Nosdrah's loyal Lt., follower, brother-in-arms, herald. My friend and fellow member @ The Arena: Universal Clash ([link]), WhiteFireRodan, drew him for me so I could have a visual on the Hell-dweller. He's a demon and resident of Hell, and a torturer of the damned. I wanted to give him creative abilities; like...something besides a beam. So instead, I came up with the concept of [his] "Living Arrows" (which are arrow-shaped masses launched from the maw that are made up of multiple damned souls, so that Daemonuse can not only damage/harm his target, but also the spirits he's overseeing the torture of in Hell, because impact will cause pain to the souls as well as target). Then I got the idea for the "Spirit Shield", which is a spirit summoned in front of 'im from his group in Hell to take an attack; take the attack's damage (whether it's a beam/energy projectile, a physical attack like a punch, etc.). So by protecting himself, Daemonuse also puts the soul in harm's way to receive the full brunt of the attack and be further tortured THAT way. I included the immolation ability because back when I first created him (when he DID have such basic attacks as beams and orbs), I was consulting with DinoHunter and he suggested immolation for an attack.
